  • Guest Users: 1 free query per day.
  • Registered Users: 3 free queries per day.
  • Paid Users: Unlimited queries.
  • All chatbot responses are generated using the OpenAI API.

b) Pet Record Storage

  • Users can store pet-related documents and media in our database.
  • By uploading content, you grant us permission to store and process it as part of our services.

c) Third-Party Plugins

  • We use third-party plugins for vet consultations and related services.
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party integrations.

d) Paid Services

  • We offer premium plans, e-books, vet consultations, and other paid services.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • All transactions are final unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
  • We do not provide refunds for any purchased services or goods.

e) Article Generation

  • Articles published on our platform are generated using OpenAI API via WP Automatic.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content.

 

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Misuse, including attempting to manipulate the chatbot, using automated scripts, or engaging in fraudulent activity, is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including AI-generated responses, articles, and user-submitted materials, remain the property of Zepet.in or respective owners.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the services for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with our systems, servers, or databases.
  • Share offensive, false, or harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

  • We collect user data, including documents and media, for service functionality.
  • Payments and transactions are processed securely, but we do not store payment details.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content or third-party service failures.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Google Calendar and Google Meet Section

Google API Integration

  • Zepet.in integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet APIs to provide scheduling and video conferencing features for telemedicine appointments. Your use of these integrations is subject to Google’s Terms of Service (available at www.google.com/policies/terms/).
  • By connecting your Google account to Zepet.in, you authorize us to:
    • Access and manage your Google Calendar to create, view, and update appointment events.
    • Generate Google Meet links for video consultations with veterinarians.
      • We use this access solely to facilitate your telemedicine bookings and will not use your Google data for any other purpose.
      • You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), which may limit your ability to use certain features of Zepet.in.
